Richard Wolten, Director
 

Director of Natural Resources. He oversees several employees and programs. The programs include, Cultural, Environmental, Fish, Wildlife, and other related programs.
 

Amber Brandt, Secretary
 

 

Amber is the Department’s main Secretary. She truly keeps our Department in order… Her ability to organize and track the files, documents, mail, etc., is great.

 

Denise Bard, Administrative Assistant

 

Provides administrative support in projects, from finding resources for land surveys to research of material necessary to the management staff to perform their functions in management, and much more.
 

 

Chris Danilson, Wildlife Manager
 

 

Chris has been working for the tribe for 2 years in our wildlife projects. From Mt. Goat to Elk— restoration efforts for the tribe’s benefit—and works with other tribes and agencies.
 

Scott Morris— Watershed Manager
 

Scott Morris is the watershed manager for the Sauk-Suiattle Indian Tribe’s Natural Resources Department. He manages grants from the federal Environmental Protection Agency to help clean rivers, streams, lakes and groundwater both in and around the tribe’s reservation. The water quality program also focuses on maintaining the area’s clean headwaters in the Tribe’s traditional watersheds along the Sauk and Suiattle rivers.
 

 

Wildlife Technician

 

works primarily in the wildlife program. He assists with data gathering, which means he gets to be in the field a lot.

 

Huge Edwards, Technician
 

 

Huge is also one of our Natural Resource Technicians. He works with various Natural Resource projects as well.
 

 

 

Michael Wolten, Technician

 

Michael is one of our Natural Resource Technicians and works with various Department projects.
 

 

James Roberts, Research Aid
 

 

Provides Research support and makes special purpose maps using GIS.
